Where is Falcor Systems located?
We do not currently have a retail location, but we do ship worldwide. Our office is located in Bothell, WA.

How soon can I expect a visit from a Technician/Consultant after I request on-site service?
All of our on-site service requests are fulfilled within 48 hours of initial contact. Emergency on-site service requests are fulfilled within 8 hours of initial contact, regardless of time of day.

Do you have to come to me? Can't I just drop off my computer and pick it up when it's done?
We would never make you come to us. We will come pick it up and drop it off when the work is complete. If you don't feel comfortable with our 'come to you' attitude or if you are simply planning on being in the area, you can always drop it off at your leisure. Either way, we make it work!

How much do your services cost?
As firm believers in the 'KISS' principle, we charge a straight-forward, hourly rate of $65.00 as well as a trip charge (for on-site services only). Exceptions to this rate are short and simple: Customers enrolled in subscription-based service plans. Are you 100% positive you can fix my problem?
This day in age, not all problems can be fixed without the use of specialized professionals. What we are sure of is that we will never tell you we can do something that we can't. If we can't fix it for you, we will find someone in the area that can. Point-blank and period!

I have noticed a lot of language used on this web site isn't really considered 'Professional.' What can I expect from Falcor Systems employees?
Good question and the answer is even better! You should expect all of our personnel to give you the facts. We don't beat around the bush, we don't sugar-coat the issues, we certainly don't guess, and we are not above saying "I don't know" if we really don't know. You should expect our staff to treat you or your company like a close friend.
